This will depend on what contact method you have chosen when you set up your account/placed your ad.
Friday-Ad WEBSITE:
If you have chosen email then any enquiries will be sent directly to the email address you have in your account. These enquiries will also appear within the 'Messages' section in your account.
If you have selected only to be contacted via telephone then your preferred telephone number will appear in your adverts and buyers can call you on this number.
And obviously, you can select both of these options so that buyers can contact you via either method!
You can update these preferences at any time by following these simple steps:
- Log into your account
- Hover over the 'My Dashboard' link at the top of the page
- Select 'Account' from the menu and then 'Your details'
Friday-Ad APP:
If you are using the Friday-Ad App, you will receive enquiries via in-app chat messages. We will send new message alerts straight to your phone, so you never miss a response.
If you have also chosen to be Contactable by phone when you placed your ad, you may also get buyers calling you on the number you specified.
