You can delete messages and enquiries by following these simple steps:
- Log into your account
- Click on 'My Dashboard'
- Select "Messages" from the menu - you will then be able to see the messages you have received.
- To delete a message, go to the top right corner of the message box you will see a small 'bin' symbol. Clicking on this will delete your message.
If you are using the Friday-Ad App, simply tap the speech bubble chat icon and select the conversation you want to delete. In the conversation screen, click on the three dots top right for more menu options, including Delete Conversation. Please note that you will not be asked to confirm this action. The conversation will be deleted straight away and permanently.
