Friday-Ad WEBSITE:

When you set up your account you have the option to select how buyers can contact you. You can choose to be contacted by phone, email or both to get more enquiries.

You can update your preferences by following these simple steps:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on My Dashboard 
3. Select Account from the menu
4. Click on Your details
5. Here you'll find the option - I would like buyers to contact me by: - Just tick or untick as you wish
6. Just remember to click the green Save Changes button at the bottom of the page

Friday-Ad APP:

If you are using the Friday-Ad App, you can let buyers contact you by phone as well as in-app chat. At the bottom of the Place an ad screen simply turn on Contactable by phone (move the toggle to the right) and enter your preferred contact number.
