If you are having an issue uploading photo's there are a couple of things you can check;
File Size
Make sure your images do not exceed 2mb in size as this is the maximum file size we can accept. If your images are larger than 2mb please edit and save in a smaller file size and try uploading again.
File Type
Make sure your images are saved in either a .jpg or .png file type. If your file type has not been recognised, re-save your image in one of the above file types and try uploading again.
